I'm Kelly Scaramella
Hopeless romantic, lover of organization, the ocean, and bringing stories to life
My career in event planning began nearly a decade ago, with two and a half of those years focused solely on coordinating logistics for corporate events managing everything from vendors to transportation, activities, and off-site events. I planned awards programs, company-wide conferences, and incentive trips working with a DMC (Destination Management Company), but also coordinated social events from huge dinner parties to weddings. Each of these experiences working across the industry taught me something new about creating unforgettable experiences and providing top-notch service.
I passed the CMP and am a Certified Meeting Professional. And while I've always loved the meticulous and systematic side of planning, my favorite part about this job is working directly with clients to turn their visions into reality. I love having a hands-on role in the planning process, to ensure every detail is seamlessly and stylishly executed.

Absolutely! Many venues and photographers require it, not to mention, you will need a non-guest to manage all of the details of your event. We'll handle everything so you can enjoy with your guests!
We understand that creating your budget can be one of the most challenging aspects of planning. Our clients typically budget around $1500 for their events.
Hiring a planner is not just an additional expense; planners can help you save money in the long run from making sure you find the best price with local venues and vendors to offering insight into what is realistic and necessary in terms of spending on various aspects of your event.
The sooner, the better! Dates are first come, first served.
After you request your contract, we will send it your way along with an invoice to submit your deposit. Once both of these items are received, your date is considered officially booked!
