Our Process
01: CONSULTATION
We'll meet over Zoom to discuss your wedding and which of our services is the best fit for you.
02: BOOKING
Sign on the dotted line and submit your deposit to book your date!
03: KICK-OFF
We'll discuss where you're at in the planning process and how we can support you, including vendor recommendations as needed.
04: PLANNING
We'll conduct a venue walkthrough, discuss your final wedding details, and create a timeline and diagrams to set us up for a successful, smooth event.
05: REHEARSAL
Our team will lead the rehearsal with you and your wedding party, answering any questions as we ensure everyone is prepared for the big day!
06: WEDDING DAY!
On your wedding day, we'll be there every step of the day to set up, break down, manage vendors, and ensure that your timeline is executed flawlessly.

My career in event planning began nearly a decade ago. I’ve had the pleasure of working across the industry in wedding coordination, corporate events, and hotel catering. Each role taught me something new about creating unforgettable experiences and providing top-notch service.
What I loved most was working directly with couples to turn their wedding dreams into reality. I wanted a more hands-on role in the planning process, ensuring every detail is seamlessly and stylishly executed.

DO WE REALLY NEED A PLANNER?
Absolutely! Many venues and photographers require it, not to mention, you will need a non-guest to manage all of the details on your wedding day. We'll handle everything so you can enjoy this once in a lifetime event!
HOW MUCH SHOULD I BUDGET FOR A PLANNER/COORDINATOR?
We understand that creating your wedding budget can be one of the most challenging aspects of planning. While many aspects are based on your personal priorities for your special day, it is common to allocate around 10% of your overall wedding budget to a wedding planner/coordinator.
Hiring a wedding planner is not just an additional expense; planners can help you save money in the long run from making sure you find the best price with local venues and vendors to offering insight into what is realistic and necessary in terms of spending on other wedding details. We would love to chat with you and see how we can support you on your big day!
WHICH PACKAGE DO WE NEED?
Every couple is different with where they are at in the process and what their needs are. Read through our different package descriptions and reach out for more details and help in selecting which package is the best fit for you.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?
The sooner, the better! Wedding dates are first come, first served. Listed alongside each package is also information about how far out it can be booked!
HOW DO WE BOOK?
After you request your contract, we will send it your way along with an invoice to submit your deposit. Once both of these items are received, your date is considered officially booked!
